Our returns process

    Receive the return instructions and return address by email.

    Send your parcel with tracking within 14 days of your request.

    Once your return has been received and checked, our team will process your request.

Return conditions

  • Item unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Free from stains, odours, make-up, perfume, deodorant, perspiration or smoke.
  • Tags attached and original packaging clearly visible.
  • Each order must be returned in a separate parcel.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return one or more items.

After notifying us of your decision, you have a further 14 days to send your return.
