Please contact us at contact@lounelle.com before any shipment: returns made without contacting us beforehand cannot be reliably processed.

8. Consumer Mediation
After a prior written complaint addressed to Lounelle Paris, the consumer may free of charge refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operations on July 20, 2025, and should no longer be presented as an active mechanism.
